  • A: Yes! Having your copy deck and photos ready ensures we complete your build on time. If you need help with copy or sourcing stock photos, we provide structural copy prompts and guidance during kickoff.

  • A: Your Squarespace hosting subscription and domain registration are paid directly to Squarespace, but we assist you in setting up and connecting them properly.

  • A: Generally domains are $10-$20 per year. Depending on if you have an eCommerce store, Squarespace hosting will be between $276-$324. Good news though - as a perk for working with me, you'll get 20% off of your first year of Squarespace hosting!

  • A: The cost is divided into two payments: a non-refundable 50% deposit due at booking to reserve your slot on my calendar, and the remaining 50% required before the end of your build slot to transfer ownership of the website to you.

    If you prefer to spread out the investment, I recommend booking a build slot well in advance. All invoicing and payments are managed online.

  • A: I recommend booking a slot on my calendar as soon as possible to secure your spot. Once your slot is reserved, you can start gathering all your brand elements, such as photos, text, logos, and any other content.

    As long as I receive all the necessary materials before the start date, the typical turnaround time for your website is about 2 weeks until launch.

  • A: Yes, you can definitely update your Squarespace website yourself after the launch. I will personally train you on how to use your website once it's live.

    Squarespace’s user-friendly interface makes it easy for you to manage and update your website without any technical expertise. If you ever get stuck or prefer that I handle the updates for you, I am always happy to assist.

  • Yes, you will receive complimentary support after the launch date to ensure everything runs smoothly and to assist with any questions or adjustments you may need.
