A: We strongly recommend a Canva Pro account. Canva Pro allows us to upload your custom brand fonts, lock down brand kit colours, and set up reusable team templates. If you prefer to stay on the free version of Canva, we can still design custom templates for you, but some features (like custom font uploads and transparent PNG downloads) will be limited.

A: Absolutely! Once we have established your Core Brand Identity Suite, you can order additional collateral pieces anytime or book a Design Day to knock out custom requests in a single day.

A: That’s completely fine! You don’t need to start from scratch if your core logo is already serving you well. We can take your existing logo files and color palette and build out our Custom Canva Setup & Content Systems. We’ll organise your brand hub, create your social media templates, and design your client PDFs so everything looks polished and cohesive.

A: You will receive a neatly organized Google Drive folder containing your complete asset suite in every format you’ll ever need:
Web & Digital: High-resolution .PNG (with transparent backgrounds) and .JPG files.
Vector & Scalable: .SVG and .EPS files (essential for large-scale printing, signage, or embroidery).
Print-Ready: High-resolution .PDF files formatted with print bleed settings.

A: The cost is divided into two payments: a non-refundable 50% deposit due at booking to reserve your slot on my calendar, and the remaining 50% required before the end of your build slot to transfer ownership of the website to you.
If you prefer to spread out the investment, I recommend booking a build slot well in advance. All invoicing and payments are managed online.

A: We kick off every project with a deep-dive strategy session to align on your vision before drawing a single line. From there, we present 2 to 3 distinct logo and brand identity concepts. Once you select your favorite direction, your package includes 2 rounds of refinement to tweak colors, typography, or layout details until it feels 100% right.

A: You own your final approved brand identity and collateral files 100% outright. Once final payment is made, all rights to your primary logos, submarks, colour palettes, and custom templates belong to you. There are zero licensing traps, royalty fees, or ongoing usage costs.
