Hi, I’m JC Cornell.

I’m the founder of Jade Canary. I help ambitious small business owners move past the scrappy DIY phase and build sustainable, high-converting businesses they’re proud to lead.

Maybe you want to launch a new service. Maybe you want to turn your successful side hustle into something more. Maybe you have been DIY-ing your website and marketing for years and have never actually started it. Or maybe you have a thriving business that has grown, and your digital presence doesn’t match what you share with the world.

Whatever it is, I’m here to help you level up.

I spent years in corporate marketing and change management roles. Here’s why I left to serve small business owners like you

In the corporate world, I learned how big brands build trust, streamline operations, and guide people through massive shifts without breaking a sweat. I saw firsthand what works when you want to scale, and what’s just expensive noise.

But as I looked around the small business landscape, I noticed a huge gap.

On one side were massive corporate agencies charging five figures for endless slide decks and bureaucratic meetings. On the other side were cheap DIY tools that left busy founders pulling their hair out at 11pm trying to fix broken website layouts and making social media posts.

There was almost nothing in between for the small business owner ready to grow.

I created Jade Canary to be that middle ground. To be your elevated, direct strategic partner who brings corporate-level strategy, clean design, and change management directly to your business. Without the agency fluff, jargon, or price tag.

How we do things differently around here

Is Jade Canary the right fit for your next step?

This is for you if:

  • You’re a female founder, solo entrepreneur, or owner of a small team generating steady revenue ($80k–$200k+).

  • You know your services are elite, but your current website and brand look scrappy or outdated.

  • You're done wasting weekends on DIY marketing and are ready to hand design off to an expert.

  • You want honest, direct feedback and an actual strategic partner, not just a order-taker.

This is NOT for you if:

  • You're looking for the absolute cheapest $200 logo on Fiverr.

  • You want to micromanage every single pixel rather than trusting an expert process.

  • You aren't ready to invest in the professional foundation needed to scale.
